Was a good surprise yesterday!
I was working with U-12 and the Tabuk Sport´s Coach came until my assistant and ask him if we would like play against your team.
They came from of the Tabuk City to Jeddah to play against Al Ahli but when they arrived to play against Al Ahli they had a bad news, they could not play because had a event inside the Al Ahli field. So, to back to Tabuk almost 1000 km and don´t play neither 1 game, I understood the Tabuk Coach and accepted play against your team.
Even I knowing the game would be hard I accepted this challenger.
The Coach told me:"Thiago my team is U-17. I´ve strong and big players if I compare aginst your team."
As I said above, I understood the Coach and accepted the challenger because my great worry was improve the experience of the players.
As we need play more times I liked very much this game.
Independent of the final score, what was more important for me in this game was the experience for the players.
What I could see in this game many wrongs that we need improve principally change our attitude all the time when we are losing and some players look like see a ghost! Some players need change your mind, your attitude if wanna something on the football.
